Celebrate Black History Month with us! Join the College of Graduate Studies for a free screening of the 2022 film The Woman King

This event is open to all students, staff, and faculty at UBC Okanagan.

Popcorn and beverages will be provided.

The Woman King is the remarkable story of the Agojie, the all-female unit of warriors who protected the African Kingdom of Dahomey in the 1800s with skills and a fierceness unlike anything the world has ever seen.
