Body, Mind, Food: Explore the Connection
February 5 at 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Stop by our Eating Disorder Awareness Week Booth and take part in a fun, interactive experience that’s all about building awareness, breaking stigmas, and fostering a healthier relationship with food, body, and mind.
Eating Disorder Awareness Week (February 1-7) is a week to spark important conversations about eating disorders and the impact they have on mental and physical health. Eating disorders are more common than many of us realize and can affect anyone—regardless of age, gender, or background. By raising awareness and sharing knowledge, we can create a community that fosters understanding, compassion, and early intervention.
Why Should You Stop By?
Because these issues affect us all! Whether it’s diet culture, body image pressure, or the constant noise around food and health, eating disorders and related concerns often hide in plain sight. Learning more about them helps us challenge harmful ideas, support others, and build a healthier culture for everyone.
What’s Happening at the Booth?
- Spin the trivia wheel for a chance to win snacks!
- Body gratitude wall – a great opportunity to get you thinking about what your body enables you to do that you are grateful for.
- Resources & Info: grab tips, resources, and materials to learn more about eating disorders and how to support yourself or someone else.
- Community Connection: come chat, learn, and share—because awareness starts with conversations!
Whether you’re here to play, learn, or just explore, we’d love to see you. Let’s work together to create a space where everyone feels empowered to explore food and body acceptance.
