Community of Practice on Access, Inclusion and Place-based Teaching: annual kick-off meeting

September 16 at 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Free

Are you engaged in developing classes or curriculum towards access, inclusion, and place-based approaches? Does learning by doing and learning by observing the practices of others interest you as a way forward in this journey? Consider joining our Community of Practice (CoP) on Access, Inclusion, and Place-based Teaching, where we are gathering a group of interested practitioners and applying the “Teaching Squares” model for non-evaluative observation of the teaching of our peers. This CoP explicitly invites all educators (faculty, educational support staff) and Postdoctoral Fellows to join.

Our annual kick-off meeting will be on Tuesday, September 16, from 10 to 11 am in SCI 331.

Please email electra.eleftheriadou@ubc.ca to let us know you are interested in joining our CoP this year. We look forward to learning with you!
