Copyright & Fair Dealing for Theses

Copyright and Fair Dealing may apply to the charts, graphs, photographs or survey instruments you plan to include in your thesis or dissertation. It is important you do so in a way that respects the original author’s copyright.
This workshop will provide information to guide you in deciding when you need to request permission, and when you might be able to apply the Fair Dealing Exception. If you have specific items you wat to include, please bring them for discussion purposes.
Suitable for graduate students from all disciplines.
