Creating Community in Your Classroom

Community is something we create together. Join the Centre for Teaching and Learning to explore how intentional teaching practices can foster belonging, connection, and participation in post-secondary classrooms.

Through a campus scavenger hunt, participants will collaborate and reflect on what it means to belong at UBC Okanagan and leave with practical strategies to help students feel seen, valued, and engaged.

We will be serving coffee, candy and connection!
