Cybersecurity Awareness Month @ UBCO
October 20 at 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Cybersecurity Awareness Month Comes to UBCO!
October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and this year we’re excited to bring the celebration to the UBC Okanagan campus!
Join colleagues from across UBC, including CISO Larry Carson and visiting staff from UBC Vancouver, for an afternoon of networking, refreshments, and conversation.
Hear remarks from Larry on the current cybersecurity landscape – questions are welcome. Connect with your community through UBCO and cybersecurity themed trivia challenges, with a chance to win prizes. Explore how cybersecurity at UBC helps protect our community and the role we all play in keeping it secure.
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. All staff are welcome.
Please RSVP below by Tuesday, October 13
We hope you’ll join us as we celebrate Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
