Diet and Training Methods for Weight Loss

November 4 at 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

In this workshop, we will discuss popular diets for weight loss and why your specific diet trends may not matter for weight loss. Specifically, we will discuss what it means to be in a calorie deficit, and how to approach this in a safe and effective manner. We will also cover tips on how to make yourself feel more full on fewer calories, so you don’t feel the need to eat as much, as well as ways you can exercise to increase your calorie expenditure.

This will be a discussion-based workshop, so no physical activity is required! No equipment is required, so no need to bring anything!
