Exercise: Why does this matter to men after a cancer diagnosis?

This webinar will outline the research evidence on the role of exercise in improving overall health and side effects of cancer treatment, along with discussion on the potential of exercise to reduce the risk of cancer coming back. The talk will focus on prostate cancer, but will also cover the role of exercise for men with other types of cancer, and the importance of support from family and friends to fitting exercise into everyday life.
