Female Health & Exercise

November 19 at 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Event Series (See All)

This workshop is designed to help participants understand how hormonal changes influence women’s health and performance. We’ll start by breaking down the menstrual cycle and its phases, highlighting how hormones naturally rise and fall. Next, we’ll look at how oral contraceptives affect these hormone patterns. We’ll then dive into the important role female hormones play in exercise and recovery. To wrap up, we’ll discuss practical training approaches tailored to each phase of the cycle, giving participants tools to align their workouts with their physiology for better performance and well-being.

This will be a discussion-based workshop, so no physical activity is required! No equipment is required, so no need to bring anything!
