Learn how different nutrients contribute to overall energy levels and muscle building to maximize your performance and recovery. This workshop includes nutrition-based games and activities to take your knowledge straight to your kitchen, including how to build a pre and post-workout meal based on several different budgets. No equipment is needed for this workshop. Come ready to play some games and learn!
