This workshop will cover yearly strength and conditioning planning for basketball. This session breaks down how to design a structured, yearlong training program that maximizes performance. We’ll explore topics such as training goals, workloads and balance between the sport and resistance training throughout different seasons at different levels of the sport. Come prepared to try out some of the exercises discussed! Please wear athletic footwear and clothing, and bring along a water bottle! All other required equipment will be provided
