Foundations of Conflict Engagement

Interpersonal conflict has the potential for deep learning. Engaging in difficult conversations, particularly with an equity lens, can lead to shared understanding and can surface wisdom that would otherwise be missed. This session will offer ways to frame conflict and give participants an opportunity to explore their options for engaging with conflict early – particularly in academic and work environments.
