Graduate Student Strength Circuit

Take a break from the books and join us for an energizing Strength Circuit class led by Lily! This fast-paced, full-body session is designed for graduate students looking to recharge, connect with peers, and boost both physical and mental strength in a supportive environment. Strength Circuit uses timed stations to combine strength training, functional movement and endurance work.
You’ll move through exercises that can be adapted to your pace, comfort level, and experience. All fitness levels are welcome—just bring comfortable activewear and a water bottle. All equipment is supplied, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes early to get oriented to the space and settle in. When you arrive at the gymnasium, check in at the customer service desk to receive your class pass. Then head to Studio 1 in the lower level of the Hangar and provide your pass to Lily. If this is your first class, let her know—she’ll walk you through the setup, explain the circuit format and help you get ready for the workout. Strength Circuit classes are held in a studio environment with music to keep you motivated and moving.
