Grief is not limited to mourning, and it can be triggered by a variety of loss, such as a loss of identity, relationship(s), hopes and dreams, or stability. Whatever the root, grief is painful to go through. UBCO is hosting a small, weekly conversation circle to help you navigate grief and loss. For more information, stop by an information table.
