Healthy adult aging and balance: Where do we stand?

Approximately one out of every four older people encounter a fall per year, which can lead to serious injury. Balance is an important aspect for activities of independent, daily living. This talk will explore an overview of the underlying causes of age-related falls risks and discuss potential factors that may enhance standing balance control.
