How to learn the skills that can’t be taught in school! Presented by Argus Hospitality Group

February 8 at 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Free

Career Connection

If you want to be ready to launch your career as soon as you graduate, you need to learn workplace skills that can’t be taught in school. Working in hospitality will teach you how to deal with customers, how to build relationships, on the spot problem solving and conflict resolution, how to communicate with people with a variety of different backgrounds and expectations, business etiquette, how to motivate a team, how to sell your ideas and how to get confident in a fast past environment. But most importantly, you learn the value of hard honest work.

After this session you will understand what employers are looking for in new graduates and how work experience plays a large role in these expectations.

Catering will be provided.
