How to Respond to Disclosures of Sexualized Violence

January is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). Join the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office to learn skills and knowledge on how to best respond and support survivors. It begins by listening, upholding confidentiality, asking for what people need, respecting their decisions believing and validating. In this training, folks will also learn about the policy, the difference between a disclosure and a report, the investigations office and resources both on and off-campus.
