Event Series: Thrive

How You Impact Workplace Culture (and How It Impacts You)

January 15, 2026 at 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$75

In times of change and uncertainty, workplace culture can sometimes feel like a source of added stress or can be the source of resilience and support. This session helps you understand what truly shapes the culture around you, and how you can influence it from wherever you sit. In this session, you will learn practical ways to strengthen psychological safety, spot and reduce bias, and create space for open and respectful dialogue, even during challenging times.

Whether you’re navigating a new team, adapting to changing leadership, or simply seeking to feel more grounded and connected, this session offers a fresh perspective and tools to help you thrive within your workplace community. The session is designed to spark discussion among peers and connect ideas to real workplace experiences, so come ready to reflect and share.
