Income Tax Presentation for International Students

If you are new to Canada and would like to understand the basics of the Canadian tax system, join us for an informative presentation offered by Helen Weng.

Helen holds a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Waterloo. As a tax professional with many years of experience in local and international accounting firms as well as public companies, Helen brings extensive knowledge to the topic. At present, she is volunteering at the Tax Clinic hosted by KCR to assist the local community during tax season.

The session aims to educate attendees on the fundamental principles of the Canadian tax system, while also offering guidance on how to prepare your own income tax returns.
