Indigenous Art Intensive 2023: Open Studio Day with Mariel Belanger, Peter Morin, Tsēmā Igharas and Krista Belle Stewart

The annual Indigenous Art Intensive gathers artists, curators, writers and scholars to engage in contemporary ideas rooted in Indigenous art-making.

Join us this Wednesday, May 31, from 3:00-5:00PM for the inaugral Open Studio Day in the Creative and Critical Studies (CCS) building at UBC Okanagan. Come and visit artist studios and engage in conversation with Indigenous Intensive artists in residence. Participating artists include Mariel Belanger, Peter Morin, Tsēmā Igharas, and Krista Belle Stewart with additional artworks by Michelle Sound.
