Introduction to Meditation

Are you interested in learning more about meditation? Join Senja for a 4-week “Introduction to Meditation” course hosted in person at the UBCO Gymnasium.
Each session will start by learning basic information about meditation including the history of meditation, common misconceptions, the benefits of meditation, and how to set-up a personal practice! Each session will end with a 5 to 20-minute guided meditation exploring different styles every week. This course includes access to a PDF workbook for you to reference during and after the course. Whether you are an experienced meditator looking for a refreshed practice or have never meditated before, this course has something for everyone!
