Lunch and Lift Workshop Series

Lunch & Lift is a series of free 2-in-1 interactive well-being workshops consisting of a 30-minute movement class, followed by a 30-minute interactive well-being session facilitated by a UBC well-being professional.
This session covers all things self-care! With the start of the term, we know how overwhelming it can be, so set aside some time and join us to find out some tips and tricks to help support your well-being. This workshop will consist of a 30-minute fitness class led by a UBC Recreation Instructor, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session Miranda Massie from UBC HR!
Location: Zoom. A unique Zoom link will be sent out by email a few days before the event to all registered participants.
Audience: Students, Staff, Faculty, and UBC Community Members are all welcome to participate. No fitness or nutrition experience is required to attend. This session will be applicable for all levels of ability/knowledge.
What to Bring: All you need is a water bottle and don’t forget to wear your comfortable active wear! No other equipment is required; however, you may want to have a yoga mat or towel to work on for the fitness portion.
