Maximizing Motivation, Focus and Wellness

An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 28, 2021
Many students are struggling with motivation and concentration more than ever during the pandemic. This drop-in group is a combination of discussion, mutual support and learning from one another.
- Students will explore reasons behind excessive procrastination and discuss the costs involved through this structured and supportive group.
- Learn and practice specific tools to create realistic goals.
Please note that discussion groups are not therapy groups.
