Partners in Success: A Welcome for Parents, Families and Supporters

As your student begins their journey at UBC Okanagan, we invite you to take part in a special welcome session designed just for parents, family members and supporters of new undergraduate students.
This session will offer valuable insights into what the first year of university looks like—from academic life to campus culture—so you feel more confident and informed as your student makes this important transition.
You’ll have the opportunity to connect with UBCO staff, ask questions and learn about the wide range of campus resources and services available to support your students’ success and wellbeing. You’ll also hear directly from current students during a live panel sharing their own experiences and advice.
No advance registration is required. We look forward to welcoming you to the UBCO community!
Refreshments, coffee and light snacks will be provided.

- Session one: 10 to 11 am
- Session two: 1 to 2 pm
