A Knowledge Mobilization Workshop hosted by the Institute for Community Engaged Research.
Want to learn engaging ways to share research? Come to an interactive workshop about using comics, graphic novels, chapbooks to share your research results or community messaging.
This hands-on workshop provides background on each format and introduces participants to examples and things to consider in sharing their research using one of these dynamic formats;
- Graphic Novels in Context: Jamie Stuart, Okanagan Regional Library
- Graphic Novels Process: Dr. Norah Bowman, Okanagan College
- Animation: James Wood, Okanagan College
- Chapbooks: Caitlin Voth, Bite Harder Press
