An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until June 30, 2022
This high energy, rock inspired workout challenges your cardio, core, and is also a great conditioning program for your upper body, legs and glutes!
Registration includes six classes that occur on Thursdays at noon.*Note: There is no class on June 9 due to commencement ceremony.
