Power Training for Sports

Do you want to jump higher and sprint faster? Join Serenity for this sport-specific training workshop to learn how to incorporate power training into your exercise regime in order to see improvements on the court! This workshop will include high-intensity exercises, plyometrics, and plenty of jumping to activate and build fast-twitch muscle fibres. Learn how to safely and effectively include this kind of training to increase your vertical jump height and speed.
This is a practical workshop, so expected to work hard! This session will include a warm-up followed by high-intensity athletic training, with a cool-down at the end.
