Prelude: Exhibition Reception

Join us for an exhibition reception for Prelude: Annual faculty and staff exhibition, in the FINA Gallery on Monday, September 14 at noon. Light refreshments will be served.

Prelude is an annual exhibition and speaker series featuring the artwork of selected faculty and staff in the Faculty of Creative and Critical Studies. All of our visual art and media studies instructors are practising artists, as are many of our staff. This is an opportunity to showcase their work and offer opportunities for our students to learn more about our faculty and staff art practices at weekly presentations.

The 2026 exhibition showcases the works of current staff and instructors Aleksandra Dulic, Renay Egami, Patrick Lundeen, Kaila Kalinoka (staff, BFA ’10), Shauna Oddleifson (staff, BFA ’98), CJ Ozee (staff, BFA ’26), Matt Rader, Shawn Serfas and Megan Smith.

This event is free and open to all, and is presented as part of the Weeks of Welcome at UBC Okanagan.
