Many university personnel engage in research partnerships with community partners (e.g., non-profit organizations, schools, healthcare providers, etc.) to conduct research activities. The purpose of this workshop is to help attendees learn how to engage meaningfully in these partnerships, in ways that promote equitable collaboration, trust and communication, and shared decision-making, while navigating challenges like misaligned goals, power imbalances, and inadequate resource allocation.
This workshop is part of our Research Excellence Workshop Leader Initiative.
