This interactive workshop invites graduate students to look back on their summer progress, identify key takeaways, and transition into fall with clarity and purpose. Through guided reflection, goal-setting activities, and mindset-building strategies, you will develop a personalized action plan to boost focus, reduce procrastination, and start the academic year strong.
