We don’t always take the time to care for and nurture ourselves. Sometimes, we require support in integrating relaxation and our personal needs into daily life.

Participants will:

  • Learn about the body’s stress response and how to identify these responses in themselves.
  • Explore a stress index and what self and community care means to them.
  • Identify key UBC resources to support work-life integration and positive mental health.

This is a two-part, facilitated webinar-Part 1: January 26, 9 am-9:50 am  & Part 2: February 3, 9am-9:50am (please attend both sessions).
