Talking to teens about sexual health and development
October 1 at 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Although it can be challenging for parents and caregivers to talk to their teens about sexual health and development, they can play an important supportive role during their teens’ development. We will review recent research on the importance of sexual health education, learn helpful ways to think about sexual orientation and gender identity, and cover strategies for accurate and effective communication around sexual health topics.
