UBC Okanagan Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Final

Discover the research shaping tomorrow, condensed into just three minutes. Experience the UBC Okanagan 3MT Final live! Watch the faculty heat champions explain their research and compete for cash prizes.

Leading off the event will be a special talk from Dr. Seth McCarthy, winner of the Banting, Killam, Michael Smith Health Research BC and UBC Okanagan Postdoctoral Fellowships.

You will then hear from ten graduate students, as they explain their research in clear, accessible language. Don’t miss the chance to vote for your favourite presentation!

Following the presentations, join us for dessert, where you can network with students, faculty, staff and community members.
