UBCO Drug Checking: Halloween Edition

October 31 at 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Event Series (See All)
UBCO HaRT Presents: Drug Checking

We are offering some extra drug checking hours to help make Halloween a safer experience!

“The street drug supply in BC is more toxic and unpredictable than ever. Any street drug can be poisoned, not just opioids. It can be hard to know what’s in the substances you’re taking, even if they came from a source you trust—like a friend or roommate. Even if you only take a little, or if it’s your first time, the risks are real. It’s important to know how to prevent, recognize and respond to an overdose.”– The Government of British Columbia

Stop guessing. Start checking.

If you use drugs, it’s so important to know what you are taking. Drop in with the Harm Reduction Team (HaRT) for free and confidential FTIR drug checking on campus. Our tech will be in a private office in the Student Counselling Department, so no one will know who you are seeing or for what reason.
