UBCO Gardening Club, Session 1: FireSmart Principles

On August 20, Captain Jason Twamley of the Kelowna Fire Department will join the UBCO Gardening Club for a FireSmart audit. Gardening Club members will have the chance to participate and learn about FireSmart principles in a real-life setting. Learn how these principles are applied on campus, as well as how to apply them around your own home.
The Gardening Club is free and open to all UBC students, faculty and staff. Pre-registration for this event is encouraged but not required. To pre-register, contact Natalie Ingram or Brooklyn Kuzyk.
