Undergraduate Research Awards Information Session
November 26 at 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The Irving K. Barber Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences will be offering the following undergraduate research opportunities for the faculty’s undergraduate students next summer:
- Irving K. Barber Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Undergraduate Research Award (URA)
- International Student Initiative Undergraduate Research Award (IURA)
The program’s purpose is to encourage FASS undergraduate students to pursue innovative and original research as part of their learning experience while at UBC Okanagan. To qualify, students must be in third year or have completed a minimum of 75 credits.
Students interested in learning more about the program are welcome to attend an information session on November 26. Please RSVP by emailing fass.research.ubco@ubc.ca. Pizza and refreshments will be served.
