Understanding the Crisis in Iran: Local and Global Voices

All are invited to join Iranian students, faculty, community members and their allies for a conversation about the current crisis, the role of women in face of danger, freedom of choice, and the response to political events through art.

The event will include performances, readings, a panel discussion and a conversation moderated by Silvia Tomášková, Dean of the Irving K. Barber Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.

Organized by UBCO students and faculty supporting a resolution of the crisis in Iran. Sponsored by the Irving K. Barber Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, the Irving K. Barber Faculty of Science and the School of Engineering.
