Weeks of Welcome: Understanding Your Health Coverage: International Student Info Session

Join us for an overview of Canadian health insurance for international students. This will include an overview of basic, extended, private, public, temporary, and ongoing forms of health insurance coverage (all of which are relevant to you!). These sessions will also include a component regarding “access to health care”, which will provide you with the confidence to seek health services anywhere at any time.
Without enrolling in BS Medical Services Plan (MSP), you may face significant out-of-pocket medical expenses for any treatment you receive in Canada after your temporary GuardMe coverage expires.
Registration is required.
Location: the Nechako Gathering Room (second floor of Nechako, you will find it on the left hand side once you walked up the stair)
