The Expo is hosted by the University of British Columbia, the University of Victoria, and Simon Fraser University and is open to all UBC students and alumni for all faculties and disciplines.

Students and alumni will need to go through these steps to register and prepare for the unique opportunity:
Register on UBC CareersOnline. Students and alumni must RSVP to this event in order to receive further instructions and link to the virtual fair platform closer to the event date.
Then, sign up for an account on the Eventus platform any time after Feb. 19, where they can create a profile. Note, postdocs will receive the event link from the UBC Postdoctoral Association.
Candidates can then filter through the organizations on Eventus depending on their specific needs and book 15 minute, one-on-one, time slots with the recruiters they wish to connect with via video chat. They can also sign up for group sessions with exhibitors that have them scheduled. There are no line-ups at this fair, but book early, as spots may fill up.
