Winter Welcome Week – Managing the Relationship with Your Supervisor

A healthy relationship between yourself and your supervisor is key to your success and wellbeing as a graduate student.

This session uses Rock the Boat, an open educational resource using Research-based Theatre (RbT) to engage graduate students in difficult discussions about supervisory relationships and well-being. Using short dramatized video scenes focusing on typical challenges in supervisory relationships, students will unpack the scenarios and discuss strategies for healthy and productive student-supervisor relationships.

This session is hosted by the College of Graduate Studies and will be led by the Associate Dean, Paul Shipley.
