Winter Welcome Week – Yoga Class

This well-rounded, free yoga class is great for beginners, but also offers options for the seasoned yogi.
Develop breathing techniques while improving your balance, flexibility, core strength, and endurance through various postures and breathing techniques.
This yoga class is hosted by the Graduate Community Facilitators and UBCO Recreation.
*Note: classes are limited to 20 people. You are welcome to join the waitlist if the class is full.
