Write to Thrive: Journaling for Mental Health!

November 19 at 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Free

Join us for an exciting and interactive event hosted by the Interdisciplinary Co-op Program Office, designed for students, staff, and faculty to discover the powerful benefits of journaling as a therapeutic tool!

Co-op students have been embracing journaling as a vital resource during their work experiences. Regular reflection can enhance productivity, self-awareness, and success in the professional realm while also promoting emotional well-being. Now, we invite you to explore how this practice can also enrich your personal life.

Dive into guided journaling exercises that encourage self-reflection and share your thoughts on our vibrant community wall. You’ll also discover valuable mental health resources that can make a real difference in your life.

Plus, every attendee will receive a FREE journal!

This event isn’t just about writing; it’s about building a supportive community where we can openly discuss mental health and learn from one another. Experience the uplifting benefits of journaling, from enhanced emotional regulation to reduced anxiety, all while connecting with others in a safe and inclusive space.

Come ready to share, grow, and thrive!
