Yoga for Everyone in the Spiritual & Multi-faith Space

Yoga for Everyone is a welcoming, all-levels class held in the Spiritual & Multifaith Space on campus, focused on mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching to support stress relief, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Rooted in ancient yoga practices, this class encourages participants to move at their own pace in a supportive environment with no prior experience required.
Classes are open to everyone. A partition will be set up in the space to provide a visual barrier for those who may prefer additional privacy while practicing. Yoga equipment is provided; however, participants are welcome to bring their own mat if they wish.
When: Wednesdays, 6–7 pm (January 14 to April 16; not held during Reading Week)
Where: UNC 316 – Spiritual and Multifaith Space
Roll out your mat, tune into your body, and take time to unwind mid-week.
