Yoga for Mental Awareness

Unwind, de-stress and take a moment for your mental wellness in a 1 hour yoga class, open to all campus students. No pre-registration required.
Wednesdays 3:10 – 4:10 PM in Nechako 221 Gathering Room.
There will be no class during breaks and final exams.
Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat.
