Pride Picnic is a drop-in event where participants are able to come and go as they please. Open mic sign-up will be available at the event, day of; there will be limited number of spots available. Please come with everything you will need; time slots will be 5 minutes each.

We encourage those with any accessibility concerns to reach out to us at pride.ubco@ubc.ca prior to the event to ensure that everyone is able to fully participate and attend.

There are gendered washrooms on the first second and third floor of the UNC building as well as one single stall, accessible washroom on the first and second floor. Participants can expect there to be a higher level of noise and for it to be busy and a bit crowded at times.
