The School of Engineering at UBC Okanagan is hosting the 35th Anniversary 14 Not Forgotten Memorial Ceremony on Friday, Dec. 6, 2024, to remember the 14 women whose lives were tragically lost in the École Polytechnique massacre and to mark the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence against Women.

Join us from 10 to 11:30 am in the Engineering, Management and Education (EME) building’s zero-level foyer. The ceremony will be followed by time for reflection at the lit memorial (located outside the zero-level foyer and the pond). Throughout the day, an area for reflection will be available in the EME first-floor mezzanine from 9 am to 4 pm.

All are welcome. Registration is not required.
