This offering will give an overview of the various work and research opportunities available to international students at UBC. It will also provide insights into how to apply to programs, approaching staff/faculty, as well as making connections at UBC.

Career Development Week for International Students is designed to help international students navigate the Canadian job market and to identify workplace expectations while developing intercultural competency.

Participants will be able to build job-search, interview, and networking skills, as well as understand more about the legal requirements for working in Canada.
