Classroom Wellbeing and Accessibility Awards
April 10 at 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
The Classroom Wellbeing and Accessibility Awards (formerly the Golden Apples Awards) is a highly anticipated award ceremony that is student-led and supported by Campus Wellness and the Disability Resource Centre. The awards serve as a beacon of recognition, for staff and faculty members who have significantly enhanced students’ health and overall wellbeing, or supported accessible learning environments and experiences. Awards that will be presented include the ‘Dr. Claire Budgen Golden Apple Award’ and the ‘I am Accessible Award.’
How do students nominate faculty and/or staff for these awards?
Students have until March 17th to nominate a faculty or staff member who has positively impacted your wellbeing and academic journey at UBCO. Whether through their support, dedication, or innovative approaches, we want to hear about those who have made a difference in your experience this year! Nomination link can be found here.
