Speaker bio:

Natalia Kobylarz, LL.M., works as a senior lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), where she teaches a Green Human Rights course and is the founder of the “Work Green” initiative, which aims at making the Council of Europe an environment-friendly workplace. In 2016, she was seconded to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights as advisor on the European human rights jurisprudence. In parallel to her job at the ECtHR, she teaches human rights at the Université Grenoble Alpes.
