Communities of Practice: Access, Inclusion, and Place-based Teaching – Launch Meeting

Are you engaged in developing classes or curriculum towards access, inclusion, and place-based approaches? Does learning by doing and learning by observing the practices of others interest you as a way forward in this journey? Consider joining our new Community of Practice on Access, Inclusion, and Place-based Teaching, where we are gathering a group of interested practitioners and applying the “Teaching Squares” model for non-evaluative observation of the teaching of our peers. Our launch meeting is on Thursday, October 12, in the Central Courtyard at 2:00 pm (or SCI 331 if the weather is too cold). You may let us know you are joining by completing the short RSVP form.
